The recently released RPG gacha video game Honkai: Star rail is rapidly expanding its fanbase and is already amongst the most trending video games this month. Think it carries a visual style similar to Genshin Impact? That’s because it has been developed by the same company, miHoYo.
Honkai: Star Rail currently has 24 characters, with more on their way in future updates. Each character has their own unique powers and special skills. Some of these characters are free to play with, while some are obtained through the Gacha system similar to Genshin Impact, where you have to spend real money in order to get characters. If you have played Genshin, you already know there is no guarantee of you landing your desired character- it’s purely based on luck.
