Roblox Fisch’s 2nd Anniversary brings a new list of fishes to catch in the open waters. The Birthday Leviathan has made an appearance in a specialised Anniversary Pool, and whoever can get it will be able to add it to their Bestiary. Unlike other fishes in the game, you don’t need to work towards any requirements or quests to claim the Birthday Leviathan.
Since the process of capturing the Birthday Leviathan is quite simple, you could get it rather quickly. In case you don’t know where to look for it, here are the details on obtaining the Birthday Leviathan in the Fisch anniversary event.
How to Catch Birthday Leviathan In Fisch
The Birthday Leviathan is part of the Fisch Anniversary event, so you need to wait for the Anniversary Pool to spawn on the map to start fishing for it. The Anniversary Pool appears every hour, and you will get a notification about it on your screen. You will also get the location of the pool. If you can’t wait for the pool to spawn, you can use the Anniversary Totem.
How to Get the Anniversary Totem
Anniversary Totems can be obtained by feeding different anniversary fishes into the Icing Fountain. You will find the fountain inside the large Birthday Cake on Snowcap Island. Each time you feed a fish into the fountain, a candle on the cake will light up.
You will obtain different rewards each time you light up a candle, and one of the rewards in the pool is the Anniversary Totem. In particular, the fifth candle will give you the Anniversary Totem. You need to get different fish types to light up the candle, as feeding the same fish type to the fountain won’t work.
You can check your bestiary to find out how many anniversary fishes are added to the event and aim to get them out. You don’t need to visit any particular water body to get the anniversary fishes, as they are obtained all over the map.
Anniversary fishes require cupcake baits to lure them out, and you will get cupcake bait randomly from the Icing Fountain rewards.
Catching the Birthday Leviathan
After the Anniversary Pool has appeared on your map, make your way to the required location. You will find one Birthday Leviathan per Anniversary Pool, so multiple spawns in one pool are not possible. Also, this is not a shared reward, so whoever gets lucky and catches the Birthday Leviathan will obtain it first.
If that is the case for you, then you need to wait for or summon a different Anniversary Pool and try to catch the Birthday Leviathan. Luckily, you don’t require any specialised rod or weather condition to catch the Birthday Leviathan, but you do need the cupcake bait. For my run, I used the Castbound rod, but you can use the new Birthday Candle Rod to capture the Leviathan too.
For now, there is just one variant of the Birthday Leviathan, but the Bestiary does showcase 12 anniversary fishes. That’s because the newest Leviathan will spawn on 5th October, 2026, so mark your calendars and aim to get it first.
