Neverness to Everness is filled with special, unique quests; out of all of them, you can get your hands on a Cheese Camera. While it might sound quirky, and it functions as one too, you can use the camera to take pictures of those weird puppets found in the world. As you might have guessed, you are not going to get the camera right away; you must take part in a side quest to get it. Here we will talk about how to get and use the Cheese Camera in Neverness to Everness.
How to Get the Cheese Camera in Neverness to Everness
To get the Cheese Camera, you will need to talk to an Occult Club Student at the school in the Illusion Town. Head to the school location, north of Green Wall Slope, next to Fiscus Avenue. We marked the location on the map to help you find the spot easily.
Here, head inside the doorway, next to the flight of stairs. Inside, make your way to the third classroom on your right. This classroom will look a bit different than the rest, as it will have a blue circular ominous sign on the floor. We will find the Occult Club Student inside.
Once you interact with him, you will be given the option to choose the topic for conversation. Choose the “About Cheese…” option. He will talk about having a special cheese device in his possession, but he would happily hand out this special device to us, but only on one condition: you must pass their test.
Find all Occult Club Students
We basically need to find him, in total, three times, and complete his tests by giving him the correct answers. What makes this quest a bit tedious is that the location of the Occult Club Student will be different each time. Don’t worry, he never ventures outside the school, so that makes our search zone narrower.
Occult Club Student Location #1
First, get out of the school, taking the same hallway we used to enter the classroom. Now head to the Football court on the right, and you will find the Occult Club Student near the railings, next to the yellow sitting chairs.
Note: You will find an Illusion Town Footprint Points collectible near the chairs, so grab it.
Now talk to the Occult Club Student to get started with the test.
Again, when you start talking to him, choose the option, About Cheese… like the last time. The question is about what Cheese’s special ability is.
- Sustained Fill Light.
- Time Stop.
- High-Speed Burst
Choose Time Stop as the answer to the question. He will then move to the next location.
Occult Club Student #2
From the football court, head back to the school area where we first met the Occult Club Student. But don’t go inside, take the open route on the left and head to the other side.
Now climb the building to the top, and you will find the Occult Club Student on the right, on the rooftops. You can take a look at the picture to find him easily.
Talk to him and bring up the topic, “About Cheese.” For this question, you have the following options:
- Control small oddities
- Make people never grow up again.
- Block rushing torrents.
Choose, control small oddities for the answer. As you might have guessed, we must find him again.
Occult Club Student #3
The third and final encounter with the Occult Club Student takes place in the Basketball Court. Again, bring up the topic, About Cheese, and we will follow these options for answers:
- Use cheese on the opponent!
- Use Cheese on the referee!
- Don’t use it; work harder on our own.
Choose the third option to complete the mission, and we will get the Cheese Camera.
How to Use the Cheese Camera
You can use the Cheese Camera to reveal the Anomaly Puppet, but you need to do it from a distance.
First, head inside your Inventory, and you will find the Cheese item under the important items section. Here, click on the ‘+’ button at the bottom of the screen to add the camera to the shortcut. Now, get back to the game, bring up the shortcut menu, and select the Cheese Camera.
Note: If you get close to the Anomaly Puppet, it will break, which means waiting for the next day to take a picture. That’s why we stay at a safe distance from the puppet; here, we want to take a picture further away from the puppet’s location.
