Tooth Fairy Backstory
Tooth Fairy works as a Dentist for the Foundation and takes care of the dental health of younger members. According to the game’s Wiki, her childhood dates back to 1905 when she suffered from constant toothaches. One day she found a tiny tooth fairy under her pillow and swallowed it whole to gain powers.
Now she assists people who might be going through the same pain every day even though the curse from the little fairy is slowly stealing all her teeth one by one until she is left with none.
Tooth Fairy’s Skills In Reverse 1999
Tooth Fairy is a star Arcanist with Mental DMG dealing skills. Her incantations not only debuff the enemies but also negates all status effect from her team, making her one of the most useful support/healer you can get.
Her skills include:
Skill Name | Description |
Song For The Bad Tooth | This 1-target Ultimate attack deals 500% Mental DMG and has a 30% Crit rate. Once the crit is successful, it automatically triggers a purification for all allies and purifies their [Stats Down], [Neg Status], and [Control] effects. |
Empty Gums | This 1-target Debuff can deal up to 450% Mental DMG on 3 stars (you get 3 stars by combining 1-star cards) and it can inflict 1 stack of Confusion that lasts one round. |
Lullaby | Lullaby is a mass healing spell that restores up to 200% HP equal to Tooth Fairy’s attack. This skill also lets your Arcanist gain an additional 30% crit rate. |
Confusion is an effect associated with Tooth Fairy’s Empty Gums skill in the game. It decreases the enemy’s critical resist to -25% and can be stacked one time to give an advantage in battle.

Best Tooth Fairy Build: Psychubes
There are a total of four Psychubes suites for Tooth Fairy. They are:
- Beyond Wonderland – A 6-star Psychube designed especially for Tooth Fairy, it increases her healing rate by 3% after a debuff incantation is used. This can be stacked up to 4 times at level 5 and can increase Tooth Fairy’s Critical Rate by 21%.
- That Inquisitive Dear – This Psychube gives the carrier a basic Incantation debuff and heals all party members. Other than that, That Inquisitive Dear gives 360 ATK, 2600 HP, and many more stats when leveled up to 60 in the game.
- Thunderous Applause – If your character attacks one selected target and the hit is critical, then Critical Damage increases to +32%.
- Laughter and Laughter – This 5-star Psychube can be amplified up to level 5 to healing +3% for the carrier which stacks 8 times. Laughter and Laughter gives 280 ATK and 2200 HP on level 60.
Tooth Fairy Inheritance
Tooth Fairy has the Inheritance skill known as Baby Tooth Collector which triggers the effect of Baby Teeth and recovers 10% of all missing HP of team members. Tooth Fairy also gains 2 additional Baby Teeth Effect when first entering battle.
To get Insight III, you need:
- 200000x Sharpodonty
- 16x Tome of Starlit Ascent
- 6x Wyrmling Skeleton
- 3x Golden Fleece
The Baby Teeth effect reduces enemy Crit Resist and Defense by -15% to leave them vulnerable in battle.
Reverse 1999 Tooth Fairy Team Composition
Tooth Fairy can act as both the Support and Healer of the team. So, you would need a strong Main DPS, A sub-DPS, and Support if you plan to use her as the Healer for her mass healing abilities.
