When Will Coral Island Be Released on the Nintendo Switch?
According to the Coral Island dev FAQs, the team plans to launch Coral Island on Nintendo Switch in 2024, as early in the year as possible. This delay is due to the fact that their team wants to ensure the best gaming experience so that you can play the game on your Nintendo Switch without any trouble.
Since the 1.0 update is done, hopefully, they can focus on the Switch support for Coral Island and launch it soon.

Is Coral Island Available On Other Consoles?
Yes, Coral Island is available in both Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 as well as Windows via Steam. All you need to do is purchase the game on whichever platform you prefer and start playing.
If you have had the game since Early Access, your previous save file will still retain the same Farm Name, Character Name, and Money you have accumulated during that gameplay. However, your farm and character look will reset, and so will all the things you had gathered in it.

Will Coral Island For Nintendo Switch Have Multiplayer?
Currently, Coral Island is a single-player game, but according to the Coral Island 2024 roadmap, the game will be adding a full-featured multiplayer mode. We can also expect the same for multiplayer support for the future Nintendo Switch version as well.
This means you will probably be able to start a new farm with your friends, visit their farms, water their plants, tend to their animals, and even exchange gifts and items you might need for one of your missions.
The 2024 roadmap has also announced a Tourist System to be implemented in the game, which could mean you can have random visitors tour your farm and admire your creations in Coral Island or it could be similar to Animal Crossing where random NPCs visit the town.
Till then we just have to tend to our crops and clean up the Ocean one trash pile at a time.
