Many players, including myself have successfully acquired a Clear Gemstone from the chest at the center of the maze. However, there is no guarantee to find success and you will need to rely on your luck in finding the Clear Gemstone.
In addition to this, you can also prioritize other medium-sized mazes in the Forgotten Ruins for the highest chances of obtaining Clear Gemstones. Keep in mind that only three Clear Gemstones can spawn per game world in Core Keeper. Hence, you should use them wisely.
