Diamond Matrons are one of the more formidable enemies you might face in Last Epoch. This NPC appears as a golden snake and has the ability to heal other enemies in battle. You can encounter the Diamond Matron as a Circle of Fortune prophecy target in the game.
But locating and eliminating these Nagasas a.k.a Diamond Matrons can be quite challenging if you’re not prepared.
Diamond Matrons Locations In Last Epoch
Diamond Matrons can be found in the Temple Rooftops, near the Upper Temple, and Lower Temple area in Last Epoch’s campaign. You can find the Temple in the Maj’elka region of the Divine Era. Since these enemies belong to the Nagasa race, they will appear as snake-like creatures clad in golden armor.
Another way to find Diamond Matrons is to look for them in the Monoliths. However, since the Monoliths have randomized enemies spawning, there is no guarantee that the Nagasas will spawn during your run.
So, it’s better to find them in the Temple instead of farming Monoliths for a percentage of chance.

How To Beat Diamond Matrons In Last Epoch
To beat the Diamond Matrons, you can either separate them from the enemy group to isolate and attack or take out all the enemies to deal with them as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind that the Diamond Matrons have the Healing Hand skill, which means they can heal their nearby allies. So, it’s best to take care of them early in the battle.
You can use your crowd control spells, or focus on attacking the Nagasa so that it targets you immediately and then lure it away from its allies. If it’s not following, you should eliminate all the other enemies so that they don’t get healed and then take care of the one left.
Just watch out for its Incandescent Blast and Incandescent Beam and try to dodge them to avoid getting hit in the battle.
