GTA 6 trailer will be released during the first week of December 2023, according to the latest tweet by Rockstar Games. Earlier today, rumors about the trailer release for Rockstar Game’s much-anticipated title were circulating on the internet.
The developer is celebrating its 25th anniversary, making this a perfect occasion to release the trailer for its next AAA title. In the tweet, Rockstar Games has thanked its loyal fan base, claiming that ‘without you [the fans], none of this would be possible’.
Fans Excited About GTA 6 Trailer Release
Fans are extremely happy about the imminent GTA 6 trailer release. In fact, soon after the tweet, the top-trending hashtag on X became #GTA6.
The game has been in development for quite some time. Initial reports claiming the next installment to be under development came in February 2022. Ever since, fans have been scouring the internet for possible reveal dates. GTA 5 was one of the most successful games ever made— a title still going strong even 10 years after its initial release. It has sold more than 185 million copies since its release in 2013.
GTA 6 Might Feature A Playable Female Protagonist
According to recent rumors, GTA 6 is expected to feature the series’ first-ever female protagonist. As per a report by Bloomberg, the game will feature a strong female lead, influenced by the notorious Bonnie & Clyde. According to more rumors, this character will be called Lucia. She is claimed to be a Hispanic woman of Latin American origin, about 5’3″ tall, in her late 20s or early 30s, and is in a relationship with Jason.
Suffice it to say that many rumors and leaks surround this highly anticipated title. Among them, some of the most popular ones include the location of the game. Reports suggest that GTA 6 will take place in Vice City, one of the most popular cities in the Grand Theft Auto series. Some have even claimed that GTA 6 may feature Cuba as a location.
Rockstar Games has certainly had a troubling road with GTA 6. The unpublished title has been subject to massive leaks and hacks, with London Courts convicting a hacking group Lapsus$ for leaking confidential footage on the internet earlier this year.

Michael De Santa May Return In GTA 6
In related news, fans are suspecting that one of the GTA 5’s main characters, Michael, will return in GTA 6. Ever since the leak about the imminent trailer release surfaced, fans have been bombarding everyone related to the project for a comment. When a fan reached out to Michael’s voice actor, Ned Luke, asking if his character will make an appearance in the upcoming title, he simply responded by saying ‘It’s a mystery’.
