When Do We Get Jinhsi In Wuthering Waves?
The Spectro Resonator Jinhsi will be coming to Wuthering Waves in its 1.1 version, which will likely be released on June 28, 2024. The 1.1 version of the game will debut Jinhsi and her mentor Changli as individual banners with their own pity systems.
It is still quite uncertain which character’s banner we might receive first. Jinhsi could be the first banner of the 1.1 Wuthering Waves update because her character was introduced as an NPC to the game earlier than Changli, but her banner could also be released during the second phase of the update.

Jinhsi Character Information
Jinhsi makes her first appearance in Wuthering Waves as the Magistrate of Jinzhou. In the game‘s main storyline, she recruits Rover to help get rid of the Tacet Discords, disrupting the daily lives of the citizens of Jinzhou.
As a playable character, Jinhsi has the ability to cast Spectro magic and use her Broadblade to slash through enemies and take them down easily. Being a Spectro Resonator, Jinhsi can leap into the air and perform deadly plunging attacks.
Furthermore, due to her connection to the Sentinel of Jinzhou, players can find the blue dragon making an appearance whenever she performs a Normal ATK.
