Ineffa is an Electro Polearm sub-DPS unit in Genshin Impact, and she introduces the Lunar Charged feature in the game. This is a special version of Electro Charged, which means you need teams that can easily trigger this reaction.
Ideally, you want Hydro characters, since that is the only element that can trigger this reaction. As for Lunar Charged, as long as Ineffa is in the party, you are good to go. However, since Lunar Charged can Crit, the damage output of the team increases quite a bit.

This is the premium team for Ineffa and is arguably the strongest one you can set up as of version update 5.8. You will start with Ineffa as you’ll send Brigitta into the field and switch to the rest of the characters. Xilonen will heal the party while also shredding the enemy’s Hydro and Electro DEF.
Furina can deal a lot of damage through her Elemental Skill while also buffing the damage output of the entire party through her ultimate ability. The damage comes from the change in HP values of the party, which is easily achieved through Furina’s HP leech and Xilonen’s consistent healing.
Neuvillette is the primary damage for the team, as he can shred through enemies with his Elemental Skill. While he will not achieve full Draconic Stacks, the overall output for the team is so high that you can easily clear endgame content.

This team doesn’t have a traditional healer, but the damage output is massive, and with the right builds, it can match the Premium team as well. Once again, you start with Ineffa, where you send Brigitta into the field to start the Electro reactions.
Yelan and Xingqiu will use Hydro to trigger Lunar Charged and deal off-field damage. Alhaitham will deal massive Dendro damage and create Bountiful Cores, which, when they explode, will deal a lot of damage to enemies.
These Cores, in addition to Alhaitham’s personal damage, are enough to take down enemies in both Imaginarium Theatre and Spiral Abyss.
Ineffa F2P Team in Genshin Impact

This is the best F2P team you can arrange for Ineffa, since there aren’t many good free Hydro characters who can trigger Lunar Charged. Once you trigger Ineffa’s Brigitta, switch to Sucrose to use her Elemental Skill.
Follow this with Fischl and Xingqiu’s abilities, and switch to Sucrose again to use her Ultimate ability. This will start dealing massive damage to all enemies since Electro Charged will be changed to Lunar Charged. Finally, you can conclude the rotation with Ineffa’s Ultimate ability.
While this team isn’t enough to take down the hardest content, it will carry you for quite a while until you pull for more powerful characters. If you want, you can also use Barbara in place of Fischl, but that reduces the damage of the team quite a bit.
Additionally, Barbara’s skill has a massive cooldown, which will damage the team rotation quite a bit.
