There are a few pets added to 7DS in the 1.6 Update, and we are about to head to grab the coolest-looking pet: the Icy Frost Bear. The pet’s appearance is fancy, the speed is no joke, and it also comes with special perks. If you are looking to get a brand new pet, I would advise you not to miss out on this one.
Here in this guide, we will take a look at where and how you can capture the Icy Frost Bear in The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin.
Where to Capture the Icy Frost Bear in The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin?

The Icy Frost Bear is found on an iceberg, east of Hunter’s Hut Warp Point.
- First, head over to the Warp Points, either at Bigmoss Habitat or Hunter’s Hut, located south of the map. Move east from the Warp Points to get near the water. From the coastal spot, you will quickly notice an unusual iceberg sitting in the middle of the water.
- Get to the iceberg and then change the clock timer to 18:00 or 19:00. Once the time is all set, you will notice a giant ice ball or ice dome has now been formed in the middle of the iceberg. Now we just have to break the ice dome to see what’s inside. Switch to Guila and use her attack to break the ice ball.
- Once the ball shatters into pieces, the Icy Frost Bear will soon pop out of the ball, ready for a fight. Now you just have to fight the bear and bring its HP down enough to start the capturing process. When you are in the battle against the bear, do watch out for the Icy Frost Bear’s freeze move, as it will freeze your character in place for a time.
Note: Don’t go for the ultimate attack; avoid dealing too much damage to the bear, or the Icy Frost Bear will die, resulting in a common Codex Entry instead of a pet. If you did manage to kill the Icy Frost Bear, fear not, just wait at the same spot again to respawn the beast.

Now defeat the Icy Frost Bear, down to 0 HP, and then you can capture the beast by using either the Radiant Potion of Charm or the Brilliant Potion of Charm. Now that we have Icy Frost Bear as a pet, you can mount the bear to run on any water spot on the map. The bear’s ground speed is tracked at 1430, which is a good number compared to all other pets in The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. You can perform a Dash move for a quick boost and Flash Freeze to freeze the water for a time, allowing you to walk on it.
