Legendary Aspects are crucial for making progress and getting stronger in Diablo 4 Season 14. However, if you started the new season, then you might be struggling to actually acquire these Aspects in the first place. Without them, character progression will also feel much slower and more difficult. So, I am going to show you the best method to get these Legendary Aspects fast in Season 14 of Diablo 4.
Legendary Aspects Farming Route in Diablo 4 Season 14
You get a guaranteed Legendary item drop from defeating a boss in a Nightmare Dungeon with a Dark Omen affix at Torment 1 difficulty. Here’s how you can set this up:
- Start a War Plan, and during this plan, prioritize a Nightmare Dungeon. Once you are inside, open the map to check the affixes for the current dungeon in the top left corner of the map
- The one you need for this farming method is called Dark Omen. If you do not have the Dark Omen affix, then try another Nightmare Dungeon.

This affix guarantees that you will get at least one Legendary Item during the run on Torment 1 difficulty. This is obtained by defeating the boss that ambushes you randomly.
- Once you defeat this boss, do not clear the dungeon. Instead, leave it.
- Now, open the map and hit the Reset Dungeons button. This will reset all dungeons, including Nightmare Dungeons. However, the neat part is that the Nightmare Dungeon will retain its affixes from the previous run.
- Finally, you can take the Legendary Items and salvage them to get the Legendary Aspects you were searching for; helping you to clear missions like Across the Threshold quickly.
Note: A Nightmare Dungeon created by your own sigil does not work for this method.
Legendary Aspects in Diablo 4 Season 14 Explained
Aspects are essentially items or affixes that you can equip on your gear to enhance their effects. You can only equip the Aspect on an item as long as they are compatible with each other. However, even if you get an Aspect that you cannot use on your current character, do not worry.
All the Aspects are stored within your Codex of Power, which allows you to obtain the Aspect all over again by using up some materials. This Codex of Power is the same throughout your account, so you can use the incompatible Aspects on another character.
There are over 100 Aspects and they can be divided across five categories:
- Defensive
- Offensive
- Resource
- Utility
- Mobility
Since these Aspects are quite useful and carry over across your account, I would advise you to check every Legendary Item properly before you sell it for gold. Even a weak Legendary item might have a strong Aspect within it, which would make its value skyrocket.
