Complete the quest for Panthalus, found on a tiny island in the middle of water, east of Ice Wind Island. At the end of her questline, you will get to the Foot of the World Tree, north of the island. Here, interact with the small altar to take you to the new Gilded City Ruins and Dusty Ravine island. This island holds 29 new pals in Palworld 1.0.
