The World Tree isn’t the only newly launched area in Palworld 1.0 that offers rare late-game crafting materials. It’s easy to overlook the resources available in Sky Islands, but you should head over here to collect Soralite Ores and craft one of the more powerful ingots in the game. This brand-new resource has a unique technique that needs to be applied while mining them using the Plasma Multicutter.
Plus, later on, you can build the related quarry to help you farm Soralites passively. But to get to this point, you need to learn how to craft Soralite Ingots, which is a lengthy process in itself. First, let’s get down to finding Soralite Ore nodes, then work our way through to crafting the Soralite Ingots and the Soralite Quarry.
How to Farm Soralite Ore in Palworld
Soralite Ore is the newest resource added in the new Sunreach Islands, aka the Sky Islands. Like all new resources added in the update, Soralite is a requirement to craft late-game equipment. I would recommend placing a base at Sky Islands near a Soralite node so it’s easier to gather the ore. You could place any high-level Mining Pal like Astegon, Blazamut, Anubis, or Knocklem and any Gathering Pal to work simultaneously and gather Soralite Ore.
If you are out here to personally mine Soralite, then I suggest crafting a Plasma Multicutter first. You will unlock the Plasma Multicutter’s recipe at level 54, and it is the only equipment strong enough to mine all the new resources. Then, use a Flying Pal to fly over the island to find large indigo boulders surrounded by smaller bluish crystals.
They are quite easy to spot overhead, so you can’t miss them. Once you find them, aim your equipment at the central blue spot right in the middle of the boulder. This is the node’s weak spot, and shooting here will break it down far more easily. Collect the ore as you would any other resource, then return to this spot at a later time to find the nodes respawned.
Best Soralite Farming Spots
Below are some of the locations that I personally use to mine Soralite. Set up a base here and let your Pals gather Soralite for you.

How to Get Soralite Ingot
The main purpose of gathering Soralite Ore is to craft Soralite Ingots. First, you need to build the new Ancient Furnace, and this recipe unlocks at level 66. You will also unlock the recipe to craft Soralite Ingots at this level. After putting down the Ancient Furnace, feed it the following materials to get the ingots.
- 2x Soralite Ore
- 2x Pure Quartz
Soralite Ingots are required in crafting several late-game pieces of equipment, as mentioned below.

How to Automate Soralite Ores Farm
The first thing I would suggest you do once you start crafting Soralite Ingots is to save up 100 Soralite Ingots to craft the Soralite Quarry. The recipe to craft the Soralite Quarry unlocks at level 72, and you will require the following materials for it:
- Stone x70
- Ancient Civilization Parts x10
- Soralite Ingot x100
Set the quarry down and put your best Mining Pals to the job to passively gather Soralite Ores even if you are not at your base.
