Blox Fruits contains many secrets hidden from the player’s sight; some of the more difficult ones require performing a task to reveal the secrets, ending in a boss fight and a Golden Star reward. The Pirate Village appears simple, but it holds secrets around every corner. Unlike the secrets in Fountain City, one particular secret here in the village is going to be confusing to many players. Besides the complicated secrets, the rest are going to be easy to locate and complete. Here I will guide you through all three secrets found in Pirate Village, including what to do if you don’t see the quest being spawned in the section in Blox Fruits.
Unlocking All Secrets in Blox Fruits Pirate Village
The Pirate Village has three secrets; each will offer a Golden Star upon completion. Here are all the secrets found in the Pirate Village:
- Freeing the Giant Windmill
- Awakened Chef Boss Encounter
- Completing the Tavern Quest
Freeing the Giant Windmill
Here we are going to free up all the wings of the Windmill by cutting out five ropes stopping the wings from moving.
If you look at the windmill in the middle of the town, all of its wings are tied to a rope. The first task here is to cut all the ropes attached to the Windmill, which will make the boss on the left really mad about our action. You can use the wooden platforms around the Windmill to jump around to cut the ropes. We will deal with him later; just free the Windmill until all of its wings can move freely. Now get to the Quest Giver to complete the quest.
Chef Boss Encounter
You must defeat an Awakened Version of the Chef boss encounter to get the Golden Star.
You will find the Chef boss standing on the balcony on the second floor of the Tavern (Located left of the Windmill). Just getting close to Chef will start the boss fight, but we will not get any Golden Star from defeating him. We first need to make him reach the Awakened State before starting the actual boss encounter. If you did defeat Chef without his Awakened form, then you must wait for 5 Minutes for the boss to respawn at the same location.
Tip: Talk to the Secrets Master NPC in the Middle Town to learn the next location for the boss spawn.
The Chef will be standing on the balcony on the second floor of the saloon. Get inside the saloon, take the stairs to the second floor, and you will find a Cauldron in the middle of the room. Interact with the Cauldron and add fish to cook a meal. The Chef will then eat the meal, get angry, and unlock his inner Awakened State. Now defeat the Awakened Chef (1,775 HP, Lv.55) to get the star and talk to the Quest Giver to complete this quest.
Completing the Tavern Quest
Head to the Tavern and talk to the nervous bartender behind the counter. We will find out that he is the Tavern Owner with a simple request for us to destroy the tavern. Get outside, and when you try to head back in, at the entrance you will get a cutscene of a bar brawl happening inside. Breach the door to get inside and defeat all three pirates causing a ruckus in the bar to complete the Tavern Owner quest. The owner will reward you with a brew, and now make your way to the Quest Giver to complete the quest.
Note: If you don’t get the quest or don’t get any breach option at the door to the Tavern, you must wait until the server states “The wind is breezing through Tavern” in red text on the box at the top-left of the HUD. The text spawns every 10 minutes on the server, so you have no choice but to wait 10 minutes to see the text and then enter the tavern to carry out the quest.
