While exploration is one of the strong points of Final Fantasy Resonance, sometimes during your exploration you will come across hurdles blocking your main path. In Chapter 2, you will come across one of these obstacles in the form of an elevator. When you do interact with the elevator in Mobliz Shipyard, nothing will happen; the game doesn’t give any clue or hint on how to activate the elevator. It’s up to you to figure out the way to activate the elevator by exploring the area.
In this guide, I will show you how to activate the elevator in Mobliz Shipyard in Chapter 2 of Final Fantasy Resonance. The route here is simple, but you have to fend off some monsters before activating the elevator in the room.
How to Power the Elevator in Mobliz Shipyard
You must turn on the power source to activate the elevator in Mobliz Shipyard. In Chapter 2, Eternal Blue, in Mobliz Shipyard, you will come across an elevator; upon interacting with it, it will not move an inch. Turns out, the power to the specific elevator is deactivated; we must get to the power source and activate it to make the elevator operable. Here are the steps to the power source:
From the non-working elevator, turn left and take the working elevator to the upper floor. Unlike the inoperable elevator in the middle, this one is active, so you can take it to the upper floor without interacting with any other power source.
Once you are in the upper region, on the right you will spot an electrical grid covered with a chain-link fence. Get close to the grid, and you will start a combat encounter with a bunch of enemies. Defeat them, and then interact with the spot with red light on one of the grids to turn the power back on the elevator.
Now take the elevator to the bottom floor, turn right, and interact with the elevator to head to the upper floor. Later, you will have to engage in another elevator puzzle, but unlike this one, the second elevator puzzle will be quite tricky.
