The spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 aren’t here due to the break, so let’s go through some fan speculation. As the latest chapter saw Maki making a sneaking attack on Sukuna with her soul-splitting sword, the new chapter is expected to continue with this development.
The chapter could also start with a flashback about when should Maki be making her entrance into the battlefield.
Sukuna’s last attack was devasting on the main characters, but Maki’s last-minute entrance might see them make it out alive. We are not sure if Yuta will make it out alive as he doesn’t have a plot armor like Yuji. Nevertheless, the fight will switch to Maki and Sukuna which might provide Yuta and Yuji the time to use the Reversed Cursed Technique to heal.
Meanwhile, Yuji might also attempt to tell the others about Megumi’s situation. Considering Maki has a soul-splitting sword with her, she might interact with Megumi’s soul on her own and learn about his situation.
Since the latest plan has failed, the sorcerers will have to come up with a new plan to take down the King of the Curses while Maki will try to hold Sukuna on her own.
