The Deceased Crew Attire, or the internet-known Skeleton Crew outfit, requires a lot of grinding in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Not only that, it’s not a skin you can find in just any General Store. Regardless, the grind is worth the effort, because it looks hilarious both while travelling and in cutscenes.
For those goofy like me, this guide will tell you in detail how to get the skin yourself. Remember, this requires a lot of hunting, so I’ll also share how you can make your grind easier. Moreover, if you’re just starting the game, I’d suggest doing a few things first before getting into this grind.
How To Get Skeleton Crew in Black Flag Resynced

The only way to acquire Deceased Crew Attire in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is through a secret General Store in Gibara. Since it’s a low-level area, you won’t have to go through a lot of trouble to get there. To reach there, travel to the island at 574,644. If you’re still unable to locate it, hover your corsair northeast from Salt Key Bank.
Once you sail there, you’ll see smoke coming out of the island. Dock your ship nearby and swim towards it to find the General Store. You’ll know that store is special because it triggers Edward to speak a unique voiceline. Interact with the owner to get access to his shop.

In the shop interface, you’ll find the Deceased Crew Attire, which costs 206 Bones (clever little easter egg). The only way to get Bones in Black Flag Resynced is through hunting.
Regardless, you can make the grind easier by using the Exotic Sea Shell Trinket, which doubles the yield from animals. So you’ll have to hunt 103 animals to get the exotic crew outfit.
To get the Exotic Sea Shell Trinket, go to the southern side of Havana (213,568). At the coordinates, you’ll find two buildings, and between them you’ll find a blue chest. Acquire and equip the item to make your grind easier. Bone voyage!
