Vocations in Dragon’s Dogma 2 are Classes associated with your character that determine both your fighting style and skills. Initially, you start with four vocations which expand to six during gameplay. One of the mysterious hidden vocations that you can unlock is the Mystic Spearhand.
How Do I Unlock Mystic Spearhand Vocation In Dragon’s Dogma 2?
You can unlock the Mystic Spearhand vocation by having a conversation with Sigurd in his house in Harve Village. Once you initiate conversation, ask him about his fighting style to unlock the vocation and then you need to spend 200 Dcp to acquire it and use its skills.
If you want to get the Mystic Spearhand earlier in the game, try completing one of the main story quests in Vernworth and then take the Oxcart back to Melve. You will find a dragon attacking the village in Melv and meet Ulrika and Sigurd there. After defeating the dragon, talk to Sigurd to unlock the vocation.
Note: If the random dragon event is not triggering for you, camping outside or sleeping at an Inn in Melv can help.

I would suggest that you complete at least one of the main story missions and have a solid 15-20 hours of playtime before talking to Sigurd so that he acknowledges you during your dragon encounter.
After acquiring the Mystic Spearhand vocation, you will be able to add skills like Seching Storm and Devout Offringe to make your Arisen the strongest among all.
