Entering the sewers is one of the possible entry points for the Kortz Center heist in GTA Online. First, you need to collect the sewer key, which has a random spawn around the center. Then, find the manhole to use it on and navigate the sewers efficiently. One wrong move, and you might need to retrace your steps, wasting valuable time.
Since using the sewers is tricky, plan ahead before choosing this entryway. Here is a quick guide on all possible sewer key spawns and how to get the sewer blueprints for easier navigation.
All Possible Sewer Manhole Key Locations in GTA Online
So far, there are five possible locations where the sewer manhole key might spawn. All the keys are found outdoors and not inside the Kortz Center. I recommend completing this task during the daytime, as the guard count is much lower around this time. Working in a group will also help scan all the areas to find the key, as well as checking your map frequently to get a marked location if you are near the key.
What you should be looking out for is a long, yellow rod that is used in manholes to uncover them. Below are some of the possible spawn locations for the key, but there could be other locations too. While exploring the outer area of the center, look around for workbenches, toolboxes, or crates that might have a key beside it.
Sewer Manhole Key Location #1
Head a bit south from the northern car parking area towards the staircase. Right beside the stairs is a pile of debris that has the chance to spawn the manhole key on top of the crates.
Sewer Manhole Key Location #2
Head over to the entrance to Bell Building, and this building is right beside the Biranda Building. You would have visited this location to take a picture of the Staff Entrance. In front of the Bell Building entrance is a table near the stairs that might have a manhole key.
Sewer Manhole Key Location #3
Make your way to the Biranda Building and walk around it to find a yellow ladder and a toolbox beside it. The key might spawn right beside the toolbox.
Sewer Manhole Key Location #4
Travel towards the main center’s entrance that has the Low Rotunda signboard above the entryway. To the left of it is a possible workbench spawn with the key.

Make your way to the giant spiked outdoor statue and check around the area to find a ladder and a toolbox next to it. You could check this area to find the key too.
How to Find the Manhole
The Manhole is one of the photographable entry points as part of the Kortz Center heist. You will find the manhole deep within the hedge maze in the southern section of the center.
How to Find the Sewer Blueprints
Take the southern exit road from the Kortz Center and continue down until you reach the end. Over here, you will spot several builders, and they will have the sewer blueprints on the table. Take a picture of it to make navigating the sewers easier.
How to Navigate the Sewers
After locating the key and using it on the manhole, you have to navigate the sewers to reach the Kortz Center’s vault room. This is where picking up the blueprint comes in handy, as you will get marked indicators on where you need to go. If you haven’t picked up the blueprint, then it will be a bit trickier to navigate the sewers.
Here is a tip that helped me out: keep an eye on your mini map and use the North indicator as the navigation. Wherever the North pointer turns to, follow it by entering the tunnels that lead towards it. Eventually, you will spot the edge of the building on your map, so continue towards it to find the ladder that will take you up to the vault room.
