Black Opal in Coral Island is among the various rare and precious gemstones that you will discover as you venture into the mines. Black Opal, in particular, is a must-find item for the Precious Gems Altar at Goddess’ Temple.
Here’s how you can get your hands on this gemstone and use it for various activities around Coral Island.
Where To Find Black Opal In Coral Island

You can find Black Opal inside Earth or Mystery Geodes when mining on Coral Island. These gemstones do spawn randomly inside the mines and can be collected while breaking rocks, but the chance of finding them inside geodes is higher.
After you have collected your geodes, go to the Blacksmith and break open each geode for 20 coins. And if you’re lucky, you’ll end up with a Black Opal gemstone. Other than that, you can buy the geodes from the Blacksmith’s shop or replicate them using a Slime of Replication machine.
