If you are looking to farm the Supply Moisture Module in The First Descendant, your best bet is to bounce between repeating the Strategic Outpost [Normal] at Hagios Corrupted Zone and the one at Fortress in the Frozen Valley.

Not only that, but it is by far the best Transcendent Module for Valby because it removes the MP consumption reduction passive of Valby and replaces it with a passive that gives her increased Skill Duration, Firearm Attribute Trigger Rate, and Skill Critical Hit Rate as long as she is standing on water.
While this may sound like it the Supply Moisture Module in The First Descendant is useless unless water is around, you have to remember that Valby can create water using her abilities since she is a Water element character. Using the Water Abilities of Valby will provide these passive buffs which means you can take advantage of it every single time you get into combat and use your abilities, all you need to do is stand within the water that is created.
