In SpiritVale, you will have several customization options for your character to scale their abilities. Besides weapons and gear, you can also equip artifacts in the accessories slot. While you do get several choices later in the game, during the early stages, you will be a bit lost on where to obtain artifacts.
You don’t have to worry about it too much, as there are some locations in the early sections of the map where you do have a better chance to find artifacts. Here is a list of the best artifacts for each class type in the game.
Best Artifacts for Each Class Type in SpiritVale
Whether you are a melee, ranged, or elemental player, you can enhance your abilities with the right artifacts. Artifacts come in sets, and once equipped, they will give a boost to various stats. During my run, I’ve spotted several Artifacts, but only some of them suited my class. Below are some of the best Artifacts that I could find early, and which class deserves to use them.
Best Artifact for Elemental and Magic Class
If you have picked the Mage, Acolyte, or Summoner, then you will require an Artifact set that enhances magic damage early on. The best set for this is the Arcanum Set, which is found in either Forest Field 1 or 2. The levels of this area are between 11 and 20. The enemies that will drop the pieces for this artifact randomly are:

Melee classes will benefit mostly from the Steelheart Set Artifact. You will find this set in Treant Trail, a level 16-20 area. Defeating enemies here will give you the set pieces as a random drop. The enemies you need to look out for in particular are:

The Stormquiver Artifact Set found in Windy Desert (level 26 – 30) is probably the best set for the ranged class players. This set increases ranged damage when equipped on your character. You will find the drops randomly from defeating the following enemies.

You aren’t limited to these artifacts specifically, but every other artifact works on enhancing health or finding items. But working on your damage output is crucial during early game, and everything else can be customized later on.
