If you are a Genshin player, you know the game celebrates character birthdays by sending a profound letter by the characters to the players in-game. However, it’s still unknown if players will receive similar letters in Honkai: Star Rail. The developer has not made an official announcement regarding this matter.
Characters have a major role in HoYoverse games because of the amount of work done on their ability kit, gear, and background info. They are also the core of microtransactions in both Genshin and Honkai due to the Gacha system.
Character birthdays in Genshin Impact and other HoYoverse games are revealed at the same time when the characters are introduced. The birth date is present on their information card itself. Honkai: Star Rail does not have similar detailed background details at the time of writing.

However, fans have made a theory that March 7th might have her birthday on March 7 itself. It is the same day she woke up (at the beginning of the game) and does not remember her past. For now, players wil need to wait for March 7, 2024 to find out if they receive some sort of gift in-game and if the theory is true.

Although no announcements have been made about Character birthdays in Honkai: Star Rail, there is a feature related to the player’s birthday in the game. At the time of setting up their profile, the player is given the option to set the birthdate of their trailblazer.
On that date, the player receives 100 Stellar Jades and a Birthday Cake item via their in-game mail, sent by Conductor Pom-Pom. The Birthday Cake is a sweet collectible to have in your inventory and can be counted as a limited-edition souvenir.
