The hype train for Insomniac’s Spider-Man 2 is finally at its destination and the superhero team-up exploration has begun. However, the players seem to be encountering a tricky puzzle during one of the early missions in the game that can appear rather confusing. The puzzle requires matching certain types of plant DNA attributes in a perfect sequence to create a hybrid plant.
Now, this hybrid calibration takes place during Spider-Man 2’s ‘Healing The World’ mission which is part of the main storyline. During the mission, Peter comes across a renowned scientist, Dr. Foster, who helps him practice first to create a perfect sequence before continuing to work on the actual sequencing. So, with this Spider-Man 2 Hybrid Calibration guide, let us find out how to solve the puzzle.
How To Solve The Hybrid Calibration Puzzle
After exploring the Emily-May Foundation with Harry Osborn, Peter is introduced to Dr. Foster who takes him into the world of plant DNA sequencing that would create hybrid plants to even survive in extreme conditions.
But this requires seamlessly sequencing at least three attributes in the final sequencing of the plant DNA attributes and they are:
- 1x Leaf attribute
- 1x Sun attribute
- 1x Water attribute
Now to ensure perfect sequencing in the hybrid calibration puzzle, you need to fill a total of five slots to create a sequence, while choosing the attributes from six available sections. Now the tricky part of the puzzle here is that even though you only need one of each of the above-mentioned attributes, any two of the three attributes can exceed the minimum limit of one.
To take an example from the image below, here the sequence combination has two of both the leaf and sun attributes, still making the sequencing a success. Except that, you have to ensure that the number of lines on the outer part of the hexagons is synced with the same number of lines on the attributes of other hexagons.
Moreover, there can be several combinations to successfully create this sequence. So, it is up to you which one you end up creating.
