One of the biggest challenges in Supermarket Chaos isn’t finding the specific aisle for a product; it’s managing your inventory and shelf space. With 4668 products scattered across 16 store sections, it’s easy to fill shelves too early or waste time constantly moving items around. In this guide, I will put up a few tricks that made organizing and managing products much easier for me.
Tip #1: Learn the Store Layout

One of the easiest ways to waste time in SuperMarket Chaos is by trying to stock every item in the store the moment you come across it. Instead, spend your first few minutes learning where each department is located. Once you know where the major aisles like Frozen Foods, Dairy, Electronics, Cleaning Supplies, and Books are, you will need to spend less time searching for the correct shelf. Trust me, this will save you a lot of ‘clueless lookaround’ moments, which is a core mechanic of organizing games at this point.
Tip #2: Curb your OCD

Once you start stocking shelves, it becomes surprisingly difficult to stop – at least in the game. However, it is almost necessary to NOT complete a section at a time. All kinds of products are lying around every corner of the store. If you try to fill an entire section in one go, the back-and-forth trips will cost you a lot of time, and you could miss out on early upgrades. This is especially true if you are stocking items with a higher unit condition for a set like frozen foods or produce.
Instead, go for high value items like WC Toilet Cleaner, toilet paper rolls, wine, etc. that have a lower unit condition so you can go for early upgrades.
Tip #3: Plan Ahead
This tip ties perfectly with the previous one. There’s a pretty good chance you will find more of the same item long after you think you have completed a section. For situations like this, it is best leave some room in shelves beforehand while you stock.

A personal experience: During my own playthrough, I started stocking clementines, apples, and pears in different compartments but on the same shelf. Little did I know that I’d find a bunch of clementines later, with no space to store them near the older stock. Now, of course, the clementine does go in the produce section, but now I had to cram it in the vegetables. This created a..supermarket chaos (no pun intended) that could’ve easily snowballed if I hadn’t been careful moving forward.
Tip #4: Use the Floor
Sorting products doesn’t always necessary mean you have stock them. Since there is a high possibility of your product being underneath a bunch of others, you can create piles of your own that help keep a better track without needing to arrange them.

For example – If you are looking for ramen and come across headsets, speakers, and charging cables, instead of picking them up, sort them right there on the floor into a temporary pile dedicated only to electronic items. The next time you come across an electronic, just add it to the pile. This way, when you do actually get to stocking electronics, most of your products are gathered in one place.
Note: You can take this one step ahead (if you can keep track of it) by making product-specific or even brand-specific piles.
Tip #5: Remember to Upgrade

Permanent upgrades in an organizing game is not a common feature. A good chunk of players complete about 60-70% of the game without ever realizing they can make their playthroughs more efficient. And all it takes to start is your first 2 dollars (it’s not that difficult to get a few Stars quickly in Supermarket Chaos). Investing in important upgrades like Extra Carry and Request More is a core mechanic in this game that you must absolutely remember to use.
You can also use one of the three ATM machines in the produce section that give out useful abilities or just more money so that you can invest in luxury skills like Match Finder and Match Finder+.
Bonus Tip: Product Pelting

An unorthodox method you can use is investing early in skills like Throw Boost and Dunk Shot. With these two skills combined, you can basically stand near a stack of products and just throw them into their respective shelves. When used in conjunction with maxxed out Request More and Shelf Finder, you can essentially play the game with one hand, provided you have line of sight.
With enough luck, you can get two cooldown reduction stickers from the ATM machine, and a max level Request More reduces it even further. Since the cooldowns stack, you will be able this and Dunk Shot every 30 seconds. You can also use Long Reach for extra spice!
