Crimson Desert is home to some new puzzles around the ocean region, and if you set sail even further, you might uncover new secret islands. As you explore the islands a bit more, you might find a puzzle or two here. It is worth taking the time to solve the puzzles, as most of them will reward you with Abyss Cressets.
There is one such puzzle to find while exploring Bergal Island, and you might uncover 5 pillars that have an image on them. You need to align all the pillars in the correct order to reveal the image and solve the puzzle. Here is how you can complete the puzzle and get your rewards in Crimson Desert.
Where to Find Bergal Island
Another new island to find in the South Sea is Bergal Island. After reaching the South Sea, head a bit to the southeast towards the Great Hydrothermal Vents, then go west from there. There is a small island right next to this area, and after docking on the island, make your way to the center. You will find a question mark that says Mysterious Energy if you hover your cursor over the icon.
The island is pretty small; you won’t have any trouble finding the puzzle area. In the area, you will find 5 stone pillars with an image engraved on them. The stone pillars are not equal in height, so it is your job to arrange the pillars in a way that the image on them aligns correctly. But similar to the Iliya Island puzzle, the pillars will move along with another pillar when selected.
How to Solve the Bergal Island Stone Puzzle
Interact with the dial right in front of the puzzle to get started. To make it easy to understand the puzzle, the pillars will be numbered from 1 to 5, from left to right, in the image above. Then follow the steps below to complete the Bergal Island stone puzzle.
- Select pillars 2 and 4 and push them up all the way until the images on the pillars align with the image in the middle.
- Select pillars 3 and 5 and push them up. The third pillar will be all the way to the top, while the 5th pillar will align with pillar 4.
- Finally, push pillars 3 and 1 down until the image aligns, which will reveal the image of a Leviakan.
Once the puzzle is done, it will glow and float up. Grab the Abyss Cresset that will appear on the pedestal in the puzzle area before leaving Bergal Island in Crimson Desert.
