There is a total of 29 unlockable outfits you can get for Edward Kenway in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Mind you, some outfits can only be purchased or unlocked through the in-game store or as part of the pre-order program.
If exclusive unlockables are excluded, there are 22 outfits you can get by playing the base game strictly. Without saying much, here’s every outfit in Black Flag Resynced and how you can unlock them.
