There is no such thing as a single vampire in any fiction; in the Blood of Dawnwalker, you are allowed to romance three different, unique characters, each with their own personality and ending. One of the romance partners is part of the canon, but the game doesn’t necessarily force you down a single romantic path. You are allowed to pick one or, better, have all three romantic routes.
All romantic options are tied to quests, so you don’t have to put your effort into finding gifts to woo the partner. Here I will highlight all three romantic options, related quests, and critical moments within the quest that lead to more dialogue and intimate scenes later on in the Blood of Dawnwalker.
All Quests to Romance Anca
You will meet Anca during the prologue, as a woman fond of herbs, a typical sight in many games.

Once you return to Inn, you can discuss the I Love You line Coen said in the ruins. Then choose “I beg to differ”, followed by “Screw decency, I want you too.” to seal the deal to let an intimate scene play out with Anca.
All Quests to Romance Crake
Crake is a guerrilla rebel rallying against Brencis with supernatural strength. Compared to Anca, there are only a few critical choices you have to make to woo him to your side.

Note: If you want to see him appear in the epilogue, then you must complete the quest Rise at Dawn.
All Quests to Romance Lacra
Just like in Witcher III: Blood and Wine, here we have a vampirism romantic option with a thrilling intimate scene at the end. Completing her questline does make her appear during the epilogue of Blood of Dawnwalker.

Note: You can romance all three characters, Crake / Anca / Lacra, without the game handing out punishment or blocking the route to others or creating any kind of jealousy or animosity towards a character like in Witcher. One thing you should note: Anca is the canonical love interest for Coen, as she shows up most of the time in many scenes in the game. Other romantic paths – Crake and Lacra are more of a fling than actual love for Coen.
