Redfall has a well-balanced selection of different weapon kinds. Some are quite adaptable, while others have special applications that can assist you with specific situations. You can either rely on the arms you find in the numerous boxes and crates along the journey, or you can buy weapons from the Armoury.
Redfall weapon types
Redfall has a wide variety of weapons, and you can divide them into two groups because some opponents respond to specific weapons more favorably than others. The game requires players to know which weapon to use and when.
For instance, vampires must be killed with a stake in order to be stopped from regenerating. You can accomplish it with the use of anti-vampire weapons, but even everyday objects can have useful attachments.
Conventional arsenal
- Pistols
- SMGs
- Shotguns
- Assault Rifles
- Snipers
Anti-vampire weaponry
- Flareguns
- UV-Lights
- Stake Launchers
Redfall weapon stats
The level of any weapon you find is dependent upon the level of your character. It’s crucial to keep your weapons at or close to your character level as you go. Even if the lower-level weapon is of greater quality, higher-level weapons have stats that are noticeably higher than lower-level weapons.
- Magazine Size: Amount of bullets in each magazine
- Damage: Damage output for bullets
- Rate of Fire: Number of bullets that can be fired per second
- Pellets per Fire: Amount of pellets in each shot
- Reload Rate: Time taken to reload (a higher number means slower reloading time)
Weapon Mods
Blades can be attached to weapons as well. These include garden gnomes, guitar handles, and broken mop handles. These are necessary to defeat vampires when they are weak.
In addition to blade attachments, Redfall features a tonne of additional Mods that you can get at random for your weapon. For instance, you can flash a UV light to petrify vampires within a 10-foot range or set things on fire.
Weapon level
As you advance in the game, better weapons become available. Each Redfall weapon has a power level; as a result, when you surpass them, you must trash your weapons. Since your weapon cannot advance in level, you continue to develop and try new weaponry throughout the main game.
Each item receives a rating in addition to its rarity, which serves as a representation of the item’s quality. This makes comparing different goods to one another somewhat simpler.
Weapon rarities
There are various rarity types for Redfall weapons. The better an item is, the higher its rarity, but don’t just throw it away because you find one with a higher degree of rarity. The item must match the playing style of your character. The rarity of weapons is marked by the following colors:
- White
- Green
- Blue/Superior
- Purple/High-end
- Orange
Redfall weapon skins
Different skins can be used to customize weapons in Redfall. By looking at a specific weapon in your loadout menu, you can replace them. At least 43 different weapon skins are available in the game as of now. By pre-ordering Redfall or buying the Bite Back Edition of the game, you can obtain additional skins.
