If you’re on the lookout for a Phantom that can give you a distinct edge in The First Berserker Khazan, Wulfric the Resilient is probably high on your list. However, you will need to pick up a specific item to gain access to this offensive and defensive powerhouse, which could be quite a challenge for the unprepared.
Fret not, we have everything you could possibly need to know about Phantoms and Wulfric in The First Berserker Khazan detailed below.
Where to Find Wulfric the Resilient’s Ghost Hammer
The Ghost Hammer is in Skoffa Cave, which you explore as part of the Strange Stench Mission. You will need to complete The First Act of Revenge before you gain access to the Charnak Mountain Range and reach Skoffa Cave. Doing so can be a challenge, as is dealing with Charnak’s denizens and their penchant for coating their weapons with deadly poisons.
It is a good idea to stock up on gear and consumables that mitigate the effects of Poison. You will also have to defeat a challenging miniboss that relies on poison before getting your hands on the Ghost Hammer.

With that out of the way, here’s where to look for the Ghost Hammer in Skoffa Cave.
- Progress through the area until you climb a few wooden beams to get a better look around the cavern.
- Look for a nearby shortcut that unlocks a path back to the area’s Nexus point.
- There is a wall of spikes forming a barricade along the path that leads to a Giant Spider miniboss that you will have to take down.
- After the cutscene that follows, look around to spot a glowing corpse hanging from the Spider’s webs.
- Use a Javelin to shoot it down, and the Ghost Hammer is now in your possession, allowing you access to Wulfric the Resilient.
However, Wulfric’s true potential is unlocked when you obtain two more Ghost Hammers to give him even more utility in combat. You can find them at the locations outlined below.
Ghost Hammer #2: Hermit Cave | Rephalan Mountains

- In the Hermit Mountains main mission, proceed forward from the Hermit’s Cave Nexus to arrive at a statue surrounded by crystals.
- Taking the path to its left leads you to some familiar Spider Eggs. Carefully fight off the spiders to pass between two torches and find another crystal-encased statue. The path to its right leads to more Spiders and a chest containing the second Ghost Hammer.
Ghost Hammer #3: Main Street | Capital City Vitalon

- In the Fall of the Empire main mission, from the Main Street Nexus, look for a stall on your left hiding a hidden pathway going down.
- Follow it to find an elevator that takes you all the way down to the underground area and Andell.
- Talk to him and proceed down the nearby ladder, dealing with any enemies in your way with overwhelming force.
- When you reach the sewer waterway leading further in, look to your left to find the path that leads to the third Ghost Hammer.
What Are Phantoms in The First Berserker Khazan?

Phantoms are embodiments of the dark entity that enabled Khazan’s incredible abilities, allowing him to take on the worst of the worst in Pell Los. Denizens of the Underworld, whose ghostly vestiges have been left behind in the land of the living, each Phantom has the potential to provide some serious firepower to Khazan’s already expansive skill set.
Phantoms level up as you use them in battle, with a total of eight Phantoms waiting for you to discover them in the game. Aside from a maximum level of 20, each Phantom can be further upgraded by taking copies of their ghostly vestiges to the blacksmith Qazumaka – a process you can perform twice for all eight of them.
