There are more operators in Zero Company than meets the eye; and every operator has something good going for them, besides just the appearance. Knowing the strengths for each can help you stay one head ahead of the enemy in Star Wars Zero Company.
In this article I have put up the tier list for all operators in Star Wars Zero Company along with all details including their talent, specializations, starting class and more.
The Complete Operator Tier List in Star Wars Zero Company

| Tier | Operators |
| S-Rank | * Tel- Rea Vokoss * Jae Mordant |
| A-Rank | * Hawks * Kabb Uppercut |
| B-Rank | * Cly Kullervo * Luco Bronc |
| C-Rank | * Trick |
Tel and Jae are two of the best operators in the game; Tel’s route to the Padawan and Wayseeker trees is what makes her one of the best. As these two specializations are only available to her, the Push and Pull skills help her pull enemies behind covers, and Light Throw clears most targets. Tel’s Strong with the Force signature talent starts with 2 stacks of Harmony, which makes her stronger over time; the stacks of Harmony can reach up to 6 with max rank.
Jae’s Final Shot ability allows her to automatically fire per turn after an allied attack and also perform a finisher on enemies with 4 HP or less. That’s not even all; once you upgrade the Final Shot ability, the execution can be performed on enemies with 10 HP or less.
Hawk’s passive affects all operators in combat, making them stronger by increasing the assist damage by +1. Hawk’s skill Pico-5 allows give an individual operator +1 AP to even more strategically play the game. In short, Hawks is more focused on providing buffs to all operators to make them more efficient in combat. Kabb is another operator that revolves around AP recovery; once you land an Uppercut, it will lead to a 3 AP refund. Also note, Kabb’s uppercut also reposition enemies in addition to refunding AP.
Luko is one of the best rangers in the game, as its ability, Combat Gas, makes the sniping shot more powerful and increases the chance to hit. Combat Gas allows 3 stacks of Sharped Senses; gaining each stack raises critical hits by 5%, and increases ranged damage by +1, but it should be noted Luco will lose one stack after each ranged attack. Cly’s Combat Jump ability pushes nearby enemies, and it doesn’t trigger enemy Overwatch or Retalitation. Cly’s ElectroWeb dart puts a mark on the target and ignores Evasion; the dart also detonates on the field, ignoring Defense.
Lastly, on C-Tier we have Trick; the passive here, For My Brothers, allows Trick to automatically revive at the beginning of the next turn at half HP once Trick is downed in combat. Trick’s resurrect ability can be useful for newcomers who are struggling, but over time you need to avoid getting your operators in downed conditions.
