Outbound is an open-world cozy crafting game purely about the excitement of van life. Most of the time, you will be driving around micro-managing the van’s energy or fuel meter, gathering resources, and crafting better equipment to make the van stronger for a quicker ride. The game balances the cozy game and item management every minute of the gameplay.
While the game’s mechanics might have a layer of simplicity to them, we at GamesHorizon went a bit deeper into every little mechanic of Outbound to show you how it works. The idea is to help you become aware of all the systems behind it, and sometimes it helps you cheat past it. While the game counted as a Cozy Game, in many ways it can be counted as one, but the survival nature of the game kicks in pretty early. Here we come to guide you through all of it.

Outbound – A Complete Guide to Inventory

The survival nature of Outbound lies in its inventory management. Just like any survival horror game, the inventory here is limited; getting past the limit will leave you overencumbered. This disables the sprinting option, and your character will be slow as a one-legged turtle, so we have prepared a guide for a deeper look at the inventory management system to help you understand and cheese it.
